My daughter Elisha Hill-Frankland has been under the care of Miss Rimes for roughly 12 years and Elisha will not ever see anyone else, if Miss Rimes is away Elisha will wait till she’s back to be seen. We can’t thank Miss Rimes enough for the treatment and care she has shown not only Elisha but also myself over the years. I’m so grateful that we will be able to finish all of Elishas Ortho treatment before Miss Rimes leaves for retirement we wouldn’t of wanted anyone else. Also the nurse Alison who has also been by Miss Rimes a lot of the time another truly lovely person. Thank you for all they have done, doing and yet to come

I have received great care for a number of years. She has shown her incredibly high level of experience many times which has been very reassuring. Due to her high demand she has often been very busy but this has not compromised the quality of care I have received.

Miss Rimes treats my son, who is 12. He enjoys visiting her, and even when his treatment is uncomfortable he appreciates that Miss Rimes is kind and warm towards him. She speaks to him directly rather than through me which he values, and is careful to explain everything to him. We highly value her experience and skill and we feel privileged to have the care of a professional we trust completely for our son. We can’t speak highly enough of Miss Rimes, she is clearly committed to providing great care for her patients and we really appreciate all she does for us.

Miss Rimes has looked after my son for at least 7yrs. He was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate, we couldn't ask for better care and support. Miss Rimes listens to any concerns and puts our mind at rest. Anyone under Miss Rimes care is extremely lucky. She is the best.
